MiThrive brings together cross-sector partners and residents across the 31 counties of Northern Lower Michigan to conduct a community health assessment and collaborate for community health improvement.
We Collect Data
MiThrive uses the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships Framework, the gold-standard for Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Planning.

This assessment identifies current and future actions to address health inequity at the individual, systemic, and structural levels.
- Orientation Video
Photovoice uses photos and stories to share an individual’s perspectives and experiences related to a particular topic or issue.
A community survey collects data from individuals to understand the needs and priorities of the community.
